Заголовок статьи: Dependability measures assessment of electronic equipment according to field dependability test
The paper considers dependability measures assessment method of electronic equipment during field dependability test. The idea of the method consists in monitoring and registra-tion of observable parameters of events and states such as explicit failures rates, duration of states, frequencies of states. These parameters are estimated by experimental dependa-bility assessment. Application of analytical-experimental dependability assessment allows you to obtain non-observable parameters estimations such as latent failures rate and check-out errors probabilities of the first and the second kind. The considered approach is based on matrix dependability model for long functioning stochastic systems. Relations between parameters are derived by using this model.
