Резюме

The issue of quantitative assessment of employees’ competence level is considered. It is the first step of personal development. The indicators of competencies are the personal and professional qualities of employees. Modified methods for assessing personal qualities and competences, new technique for assessing labor efficiency indicators have been developed. The research deals with the telecommunication industry.
