При этом погрешность определения отношения первого и второго моментов распределения принятых отсчетов, возникающая при замене комплексных величин действительными, аппроксимируется полиномом третьей степени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modernization of a high-speed SNR algorithm according to complex counts of the received signal using it while estimating according to actual counts is considered.
