В статье представлен обзор существующих методических подходов к оценке эффективности системы корпоративного управления организацией. С точки зрения авторов, существующие методические подходы логично разделить на управленческие и экономические. Однако для более точной оценки эффективности системы корпоративного управления организацией необходима методика, сочетающая в себе как количественные, так и качественные показатели.
The article provides a review of existing methods for assessing the effectiveness of the corporate management system of the organization. From the point of view of the authors the methods can be divided into administrative and economic ones. However, in order to assess the effectiveness of the corporate management system of the organization more accurately, a methodology that combines both quantitative and qualitative indicators is needed.
