Описаны характеристики (габаритные, электрофизические) объектов, характерные для мин и неразорвавшихся снарядов. Приведены результаты моделирования обнаружения объектов с указанными характеристиками методом георадиолокационного зондирования. Достоверное определение объекта, характеризуемое вероятностью обнаружения более 0.9, достигается при глубине не более 23 см при зондировании с использованием сигналов с частотой 3 ГГ ц и при глубине закладки 45 см для частоты 1 ГГц. Рассмотрены известные реализации радиолокационных систем обнаружения мин. Все системы достигают вероятности обнаружения пластиковых мин 0.9 при высоком уровне ложной тревоги, которая в некоторых случаях может достигать значения 0.8.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The overview considers methods of subsurface radar sensing to detect buried plastic landmines. The most common types of mines and their electrical parameters are presented.
