Показано, что именно в этот период начался практически линейный рост числа патентов, предлагаемых странами НАТО, Японией и Китаем. В России такая тенденция не проявляется, т.к. число российских патентов в этой области на порядок меньше, чем патентов как США, так и Китая, а также Японии и стран ЕС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this paper, the analysis of patent activity in the ultra-long infrared wavelengths in terms of advanced radar technology in accordance with the period of technology generation change (for the last 15 years) was carried out. It is shown that almost linear growth in the number of NATO, Japan, and China patents began in this period.
