В представленной статье рассматриваются происходящие в России и мире кризисные процессы в контексте концепции длинных волн Н. Кондратьева. При этом предлагается проанализировать и оценить антикризисные инициативы правительства с позиции соответствия их реализации эффективной экономической стратегии выхода из рецессии и дальнейшего продвижения России в направлении инновационной цивилизованности.
In this article, the current crisis taking place in Russia and in the whole world is shown in the context of N.Kondratyev's long waves conception. Also it is suggested to analyse and assess crisis-proof initiatives of the government from the viewpoint of their implementation compliance with the efficient economic strategy of withdrawal from recession and further advancement of Russia in the direction of innovative civilization.
