Микросхема, предназначенная для цифрового телевидения и мультимедийных приложений, разработана на основе КМОП технологии с проектно-технологическими нормами 0.18 мкм, включающей опции аналогового проектирования с использованием конденсаторных структур «металл - изолятор - металл». В первой части работы представлены результаты проектирования конструкции и топологии сложнофункционального блока видеодекодера</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A three-channel multi-standard PAL/NTSC video encoder mixed-signal IP core for digital TV and multimedia applications has been designed. The IP core with about 1.56 mm2 is proposed to be fabricated using a standard 0.18 µm CMOS technology flow with analog options followed by packaging using plastic QFN-type package.
