В статье рассматриваются текущие проблемы существующих экономических методов анализа моделей процессного подхода при построении эффективных информационных систем (ИС) управления предприятием. Предлагается новый метод анализа эффективности экономической стороны модели, который лишён ограничений существующих, на основании быстро развивающейся теории ограничений Голдратта. Рассмотрена технология анализа деятельности предприятия (модель AS IS) в виде инструментального средства, реализующий этот метод. Метод и технология были протестированы на фирме среднего размера «SOLOS» по производству стеллажных металлоконструкций.
This paper considers the current problems of the existing economical methods to analyze process approach models while developing effective information management systems (IMS). A new method to analyze the effeciency of model's economical aspect is suggested, having no limitations that exist in the rapidly developing Goldratt Theory of constraints. Also, a technology of break-even analysis is examined (The AS IS model) as an instrument implementing this method. The method and the technology were tested at the company "SOLOS" dealing with the production of bookstand metal constructions.
