В настоящее время в научной литературе активно</p><p>обсуждаются вопросы использования фуллеренов в фотодетекторах. В связи с этим</p><p>данный обзор посвящен органическим фотодетекторам, разработанным с использованием</p><p>фуллереновых наноструктур. Рассмотрены последние достижения в области</p><p>органических фотодетекторов на основе фуллеренов и их применение в системах</p><p>беспроводной оптической связи в видимом диапазоне длин волн.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fullerene is currently attracting considerable attention from researchers because it has</p><p>many applications in various fields. Fullerene molecules have unique structural, electronic and</p><p>optical properties that can be used to create optoelectronic devices. Currently, the use of</p><p>fullerenes in photodetectors is actively discussed in the scientific literature. In this regard, this</p><p>review is devoted to organic photodetectors developed using fullerene nanostructures. The latest</p><p>achievements in the field of fullerene-based organic photodetectors and their application in</p><p>wireless optical communication systems in the visible wavelength range are considered.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фуллерены</kwd><kwd>органические&#13;
