Academician I.I. Yanzhul on the postal regalia and the postal history in Russia
Abstract
This article reveals the historical aspect of the postal communication development in the world and in Russian practice. Special attention is paid to the works of academician I.I.Yanzhula who proves the competitiveness of the postal regalia. The academician builds logical relationship between the increase of information spreading and the increased profitability of population.
