On the potential complexity of nanostructures

Abstract

This paper explores the potential complexity of nanostructures (NS), which can be obtained under conditions of the organizing factors in case of NS synthesis «bottom – up» and destructive processes, determined by noises, fundamental and technological limitations. The values of the potential complexity of NS which can be obtained with limited sets of nanoelements (NE) in case of different parameters of organizing factors and noises are determined.
