The universal method of calculation of electromagnetic diffraction on the multilayer structures
Abstract
The calculation method on the multilayer structures based on the solution of the problem of electromagnetic excitation is offered. Object external characteristics - reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient are defined. Field distribution in structure is defined. Two types of polarization. Calculation examples.
