Abstract
In the article principles methods of reservation, which are intended for increasing of structural reliability of telecommunication networks, are considered. Their dignities and defects are described. The classification of methods, which are based on reservation and restoration, are given. Approach to determination of wishing value of the coefficient of availability in view of the degree influence of failure is circumscribed. This index depends from time of restoration, quantity of lose packages and economical exponents.

Abstract
In this research we will be interested in key parameters of data transmission between hosts in static ad-hoc networks of various dimensions. Such researches are important for understanding the basic characteristics of v2v-interaction in Intelligent Transport Systems. The key role in data exchange between cars in international projects of ITS realization is known to belong to the 802.11p protocol. For ad-hoc 802.11p networks, formed by cars, the characteristics capable to provide the decision of the ITS problems are necessary. First of all it is safety issues and traffic optimization. This article is devoted to the study of such characteristics as speed of delivery and quantity of the delivered packets in the conditions of communication density, critical operating distance and time of message delivery at average distances.

Abstract
The aim of this research is the construction of non-stationary random events streams with consequence, setting up streams parameters in terms of streams intensity summation. The offered algorithm of random events construction enables to vary stream properties both numerical and functional in a wide range, up to stream adjustment for parameters of individual user.

Abstract
This article considers main causes of technological scattering influence on digital-to analog converter characteristics (DAC) while designing according to CMOS technology with design engineering rate- 0,18(mcm). An improved scheme of inclusion of current generator matrix of high-order digits while increasing number of digits of digit-to-analog converters from 10 to 14 is offered. A program for checking mixing circuitry effectiveness according to one of DAC key characteristic performance - integral nonlinearity (INL) is developed. A combination for including matrix with the least index of INL matrix of high-order digits is presented.

Abstract
Multi-service telecommunication network is studied under adaptive (dynamic) routing in accordance with LLR method and GOS parameters are analyzed at connection level with effect of blocked call retrials. The network mathematical model is presented taking into account the influence of repeated attempts to get connection. On the basis of this model, the algorithm is proposed for evaluating approximately the intensity of repeated attempts flows and call blocking probability. The applicability of constructed model and algorithm is demonstrated by numerical results.

Abstract
In this paper, info-communication networks with lateral feedback connection are considered. Potential information rate in multi-channel, multilayer networks with different structure of lateral feedback connection coverage, networks with interlayer LFC are defined. Networks with hierarchical structure together with fluctuating noises in transmission channels as well as in LFC channels are defined.

Abstract
The mathematical model of distributed computer systems (CS) functioning with structural redundancy is constructed within the bounds of the theory of waiting lines (queuing theory). The indices estimations of functioning CS (in particular structural redundancy) are received. The formula for probability estimation of CS in a state of low productivity during some time is offered. Decisions are found in an analytical form.
