Abstract
In this paper, the algorithms and identification logics of a high performance user-space time source are described along with an experimental comparison of the accuracy and CPU costs of the available time sources under the Linux OS. This mechanism is presented within the unified user-space library HighPerTimer which allows identification of the most appropriate and accurate time source on PC-platforms as well as on ARM-architectures and obtaining a high-accurate down to nanosecond precision of time acquisition. This solution substitutes the accustomed way of getting time value through Linux system calls and provides much faster way for time acquisition.

Abstract
The research on MISO-systems noise-immunity of multiple diversity based on mathematical theory of diversity reception for correlated channels is presented in the article. As a result of the research, general spatial correlation coefficient is developed. Transmit signal cross-correlation coefficient based on the theory of quasiorthogonal space-time coding is developed. Channel coefficient matrix is developed using multiple-correlation coefficient that involves influence of two correlation factors. Bit error rate (BER) for MISO-system with M -diversity is estimated by error probability function based on eigenvalues of channel coefficient matrix. BER curves are calculated theoretically for several cases of MISO. MATLAB computer simulation results of BER are shown for several MISO-systems of M -diversity in order to support theoretical results.

Abstract
In Ryabko’s paper «Information-theoretic approach to estimate the capacity of processing units» was presented a new approach of evaluating computational power of computers and other similar devices (clusters, mobile phones etc.). In the article, this method is used for evaluation of computational power for Intel processors as well as for the comparative analysis of the influence of different characteristics of computers on this value.

Abstract
In this paper, a new method of stenography is described. This method can be applied for revealing information hidden with LSB method. Experimental data are provided enabling to compare efficiency of the given method with the best known methods of stegoanalysis.
