Origins of moiré distortions in stereoscopic images obtained with the help of raster stereo screen are analyzed in this article. Level assessment is produced. It is demonstrated that the on-ly possible way of noise reduction of spatial discretization is increasing the number of raster el-ements in horizontal direction.

The protection possibility of confidential information leakage by masking noise is considered. The synthesis of reception optimal algorithms affected by masking noise is done. The noise immunity of reception is analyzed. It is demonstrated that interference masking is structurally indistinguishable from the useful (for an attacker) signal (the message), prevents the possibility of confidential information interception.

The influence of measuring transducer parameters on the basis of non-ideal directional coupler on the measurement uncertainty of complex reflection coefficient is analyzed in this paper. We consid-er the method of measurement with converter calibration. Logarithmic sensor is used as an indica-tor.

In this paper, we describe the application of innovative method of theoretical benchmark test of processors and computing systems to major Intel processors. This method is based on determin-ing the computational power of the processor – characteristic based on the basic concepts of in-formation theory. This method is applied to determine computational power of the main Intel processors (from 80486 to Core 2 Duo). Based on the characteristic values the processors are compared with each other and the final results are compared with the generally accepted benchmark.

The paper considers a new distributed security system for cloud protection from network attacks based on the methods of artificial intelligence. The general system architecture, its constituent software modules and components interaction are described. Graphical administrator interface is presented and the process of system provisioning is also shown.

The paper presents a brief overview of promising high-performance network topologies of parallel systems. For toroidal structures and circulant networks with dimension larger than two, a comparative analysis of their structural characteristics is given. The advantage of circulant networks for structural characteristics such as diameter, average diameter and bisection width, with comparable costs to the number of nodes and the number of connections is demonstrated.

The article discuses the problem of packets headers compression techniques application in rela-tion to high voltage PLC equipment and packet PLC links. On the basis of the comparative anal-ysis, two concepts of compression techniques application for PLC equipments are suggested.

Digital filters models of quadrature modulator for data transmission via power circuits are developed. The filter is optimized according to electrical parameters for reduction of energy consumption and VLSI amount.
