Abstract
Gao obtained a simple and efficient algorithm for decoding Reed-Solomon codes. In this paper we describe the use of this algorithm for decoding generalized Reed-Solomon codes, Goppa codes, Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem codes, and Reed-Solomon codes with errors and erasures.

Abstract
As in many areas, in data transmission networks there is no single universal solutions. The choice of a particular technology is based on the requirements for the network. Particular attention should be paid to the choice of networking methods in cases where it is necessary to ensure not only communication, but also the safety of people. The article discusses the design features of wireless networks in the mining industry, and existing technologies.

Abstract
Data preparation for intelligent analysis of the computer systems reliability takes a significant part of time in the process of data extraction. The incoming data from the computer systems operation is redundant and heterogeneous. Existing data mining techniques have a general purpose. In this paper, we propose a new methodology for data preparation. The methodology focuses on the analysis of computer systems reliability with two tasks setting: general and special data preparation. The main contribution of the developed methodology is the identification of features and potentially significant indicators in the data set. The comparative analysis results confirmed time reduction for data preparation when automating specialized tasks.

Abstract
Digital platforms with web interfaces become one of the common types of information systems. An important task of the design and construction of the digital platform software architecture is the selection of the appropriate technological solutions and software components (technology stack). The paper proposes a methodology for selecting a technology stack based on the use of fuzzy logic. The methodology is based on the formalized criteria for evaluating the components in the given conditions of the functioning of the digital platform. It involves fuzzy inference system with subsequent experiment-based evaluation of the criteria and the directed search for an effective solution with the swarm intelligence algorithm. The paper also presents an example of the proposed methodology application for the design of the federal digital platform for mass psychological research.

Abstract
The main characteristics of spatially distributed information systems of radio engineering monitoring (PRISRM) (space-time autocorrelation function (PVACF), angle-polarized normalized autocorrelation function, time-frequency ACF and time coherence of signals in positions). The features of coherent processing of a temporary batch signal for which the delay and Doppler frequency values are almost identical for the entire batch of signals are revealed.

Abstract
The paper discusses the option of creating a Luneburg lens (LL) using 3D printing. The paper describes a method for manufacturing LL using a common dielectric-PLA-plastic, which is used for three-dimensional prototyping. This approach allows you to automate the technological process of creating such antenna systems. Until recently, the production of antenna systems based on lenses remained technically challenging, but with the advent of 3D printers and the ability to print from materials that are stable in the used frequency range, it became possible to mass-produce complex spherical structures.

Abstract
A method of hydroacoustic search from a surface vessel of autonomous non-habitable underwater objects located at the bottom of a known sea area is proposed, which has an increased secrecy of search actions due to the use of hydroacoustic signals masked by possible acoustic background noise of the search area.

Abstract
When linearizing power amplifiers using cartesian feedback, the power amplifier distortion products suppression degree, as in other feedback systems, is determined by the loop gain. The linearization system includes a large number of blocks with a frequency dependent gain and a phase, which have a significant effect on the system stability. The article presents the cartesian feedback stability by the Nyquist criterion with the power amplifier linear model, as well as analysis by the Popov criterion for the power amplifier nonlinear model. The influence of the loop filter order, cutoff frequency, and approximation is investigated. It is shown that the stability boundaries constructed by using the Nyquist criterion and the Popov criterion for the cartesian loop coincide.

Abstract
The most dynamically developing area of telecommunications today is cellular communication of various standards. Cellular systems are changing at a high speed; equipment manufacturers have entered the technology race. In this article, the way of creation of the protected broadband channel of cellular communication from unauthorized access in the conditions of real time and the modern city is considered. Due to the large number of GSM subscriber devices sold annually to the population, there is a need to protect the communication channel at short distances (in an office, store, warehouses, etc.) from accidental interference or targeted electronic warfare and industrial espionage. A cheap and effective way is to create a secure communication channel by introducing a white noise generator together with a filter that allocates the necessary frequency for a range of heuristic criteria for solving real problems. The main feature of this device is that the generation of white noise will occur exclusively in the territory, without harmful interference to the population.
