Abstract
The article proposes a mathematical model of slots distribution and data packets scheduling in the communication downlink channel IEEE 802.16. Suggested model aims at the formation of one packet of data downlink channel for each user’s station, enabling to minimize the number of office messages transmitted over used frequency communication channel. Dependence of the number of slots forming a single data packet on the speed of user’s station transmission and the type of modulator circuit and coding is considered.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the experimental research of VoIP signals transmission over Digital Power Line Carrier channels. The experimental stand, allowing evaluation of VoIP signals transmission characteristics and header compression techniques performance are described. The results of the experiment confirm the need and appropriateness of using header compression while transmitting VoIP over Digital Power Line Carrier channels.

Abstract
Analytic equations of three-dimensional space representation at shadow stereoprojection are derived after analysis of constructional peculiarities of stereo x-rays television devices. Estimation of geometric distortions of three-dimensional space represented by stereotelevision apparatus of radiation type is performed. Calculation of similar devices depth resolution is fulfilled.

Abstract
In this article, the effect of noisy lateral feedbacks (LFBs) on immunity of discrete signal processing systems (DSPS) is considered. The dependence of DSPS immunity gain on the LFBs «noise» power, number of channels, number of stages and the structure of LFBs for multi-channel, multi-level discrete signal processing system with intra-laminar and inter-laminar LFBs is researched.

Abstract
In this paper, we propose and develop two methods for time series forecasting based on the methods of data compression. Theoretical justification of the methods described is presented, as well as the ways of using the prediction methods to the real series forecasting. In addition, the results of experimental studies of two methods are considered illustrated by real economic series forecasting such as indexes of industrial and consumer prices and exchange rates. The effectiveness of these techniques and methods for selecting effective parameters of these methods are also investigated.

Abstract
Solution of the optimization problem of constructing optimal diameter two-dimensional circulant networks families is investigated. Circulant networks provide a practical interest as graph- theoretical models of reliable communication networks of parallel supercomputer systems, as basis of structures in the model of the «small world networks», in neural and optical networks. The developed approach uses evolutionary algorithms for an automatic generation of analytic (described by formulas) parametric descriptions of networks families. Evolutionary synthesis algorithm combines the advantages of genetic algorithms and genetic programming and is based on evolutionary computation, template solutions and a set of experimental data. More than 70 new families of optimal two-dimensional circulant networks with unit generator, obtained by the evolutionary algorithm, are presented.
