The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of mobile hydroacoustic monitoring system is considered under the impact of local interference with the actual design and technological characteristics of multielement antenna array.

The analysis is presented, on the one hand, of existing false representations or myths about a current and some results of an economic crisis in Russia, and on the other hand, the estimation of a real condition of domestic economy and possible ways of overcoming the crisis phenomena are given.

In this article, the current crisis taking place in Russia and in the whole world is shown in the context of N.Kondratyev's long waves conception. Also it is suggested to analyse and assess crisis-proof initiatives of the government from the viewpoint of their implementation compliance with the efficient economic strategy of withdrawal from recession and further advancement of Russia in the direction of innovative civilization.

On the basis of the module of primary processing of input parameters in an optical network the results of use of a fuzzy logic method are provided for definition of the most favorable route from the viewpoint of its cost and presence of network resources.
