Abstract
New radio is a 5G mobile networks that are being rapidly deployed in commercial operation all over the world. In the framework of this paper, the issues related to the software development of 5G broadcast PBCH channel for generating and receiving data are considered. The PBCH data reliability is also estimated demonstrating the dependency between PBCH block error rate and the number of incorrectly received bits. Algorithms of open 3GPP 38.212 specification are used to form the channel, and non-standardized algorithms are developed for receiving data.

We consider a phase direction finder with an ultrashort base and the use of an amplitude-modulated navigation signal. It has advanced functionality in positioning systems for underwater objects placed on various surface and underwater carriers.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the creation of the material block of the Leontief input-output model. Its purpose is to reflect the activities of both production and trade enterprises, i.e., objects that create real GDP within each region of a particular territorial entity (including the entire economy of the Russian Federation). This activity involves the production/import of products on the territory of the region by all industries and its distribution among both manufacturing and commercial enterprises to ensure their functioning. In addition to displaying the trade part of these commodity flows, the novelty of the model is to take into account public procurement, the use, along with the standards of specific consumption of material resources/goods not only in production but also in trade. Formal relationships have also been developed between investment in scientific and technical development and the growth/reduction of resource costs for the production/sale of a unit of production. The model indicators are made up of parts - contributions from production and trade while having a multi-aspect representation, data sets of which are formed by annual, regional and industry sections, decomposed respectively into months, districts and corporations. This allows you to generate the necessary time series for calculations using hypercube data technology and implement them using 4GL generation languages. The model has relations that determine the desired values of its variable parameters based on economic growth including the saturation of the regional market with the products of the industry, an indicator of which is its consumption by the service sector. This indicator is greater than zero in the case of covering the needs of all other economic entities in the region and less than or equal to zero otherwise.

Abstract
The DVB-T 2 terrestrial digital television broadcasting standard allows to use a wide range of user data transfer rates. In the literature, rather cumbersome and complex formulas for calculating the transfer rates of user data are given. The article offers a simple method for determining the optimal user data transfer rate based on simple and understandable formulas founded on the sequence of user data processing in the DVB-T2 standard.

Abstract
Since 1993 more than 2.2 billion km of optical fiber have been laid all over the world. Typically, the lifetime of optical fiber prescribed by technical conditions does not exceed 25 years. Therefore, determining the suitability of an optical cable for further operation after the designated lifetime of an optical cable is currently an urgent task, having great national economic importance. The paper considers the dependence of the failure probability on the applied voltage and raises the question of the feasibility of using a two-stage model of optical fiber failure when modeling.

Abstract
Universal encoding method of an arbitrary set of sources without memory generating letters of an infinite alphabet is proposed. The probabilities of the input alphabet letter appearance are a geometric progression. The proposed method is weakly universal for the set of all geometric sources. If the denominator of the geometric progression exceeds δ, δ > 0, the proposed encoding is universal. Redundancy estimates are obtained for an arbitrary subset of geometric sources.

Abstract
The research results of the frequency characteristics of the Mandelstam-Brillouin scattering in single-mode optical fibers are presented in this article. A method for obtaining the distribution characteristics of optical and acoustic modes in single-mode optical fibers is considered. The procedure for determining the profile of the Mandelstam-Brillouin scatter spectrum with known fiber structure is demonstrated. The profiles of the Mandelstam-Brillouin scatter spectrum of singlemode optical fibers obtained during experimental studies are presented.
