Abstract
Modernization of a high-speed SNR algorithm according to complex counts of the received signal using it while estimating according to actual counts is considered. In this case the error in determining the ratio of the first and the second moments of the received counting distribution occurring when complex quantities are replaced by real ones is approximated by a polynomial of the third degree.

Abstract
A method of Markov process states aggregation in discrete and continuous time is considered. The initial set of states is partitioned into several subsets. The number of states is reduced to a smaller number of states by replacing each subset by one state of aggregated process. The frequencies of transitions between the states of the initial set are replaced by frequencies of transitions between the aggregated states. The method allows to operate with matrices of smaller dimensions. The method can be applied for systems modeling with a large state space.

Abstract
The process of acquisition of University library book fund in the absence of internal requests for books is considered. To eliminate the shortcomings, a system of automated decision support based on content relevance indicators reflecting the information needs of the University is proposed. The general structure of the system and the efficiency indicators achieved with its help are discussed.

Abstract
A compact coupler was developed using microstrip cells installed instead of traditional quarter-wave segments. Using the program of electrodynamic modeling AWR DE 13, its frequency characteristics were obtained. A prototype of the proposed coupler is made, and its characteristics are measured confirming the operability of the device. The area of the compact coupler turned out to be 74 % less than the area of the traditional construction.

Abstract
The article presents an approach to the determination of rational parameters of establishing a “point-to-point” voice channel with a given efficiency and its restoration with the required reliability in a military communication system with mobile objects based on advanced radio facilities in conditions of electronic suppression and fire destruction of the enemy.

Abstract
In this article, we present a new method of steganography which allows you to embed hidden messages in the alphabetical menu. The main idea of this method consists in modification earlier known methods of automatic construction of a hierarchical menu. Here the modification implies changing the menu tree by transferring boundary elements from one submenu to another one in accordance with the hidden message. In the course of the experimental analysis it was shown that the average height of the menu tree increased by less than one. This steganography method can be used for embedding digital fingerprints or watermarks in the hierarchy of items having an alphabetical order.

Abstract
This paper presents the research of the indoor channels impact on bit-error rate performance of the UWB radio systems. The bit-error rate is estimated depending on the bitrate and sampling frequency of impulse response. The applied MATLAB model of research is described and the possibility of its usage in real communication systems is estimated.

Abstract
The article provides a review of existing methods for assessing the effectiveness of the corporate management system of the organization. From the point of view of the authors the methods can be divided into administrative and economic ones. However, in order to assess the effectiveness of the corporate management system of the organization more accurately, a methodology that combines both quantitative and qualitative indicators is needed.

Abstract
The issue of data origination for constructing the internal structure of competences and their assessment has been solved. The competence is considered to be a parameterized structure of knowledge, skills and proficiency. Generation of parameterizing data has been performed through multivariable classification of competence candidate components to be correlated with the ones of the professional degree programs: objects and tasks of professional activity, academic courses, testing assignments.
