Abstract
The paper considers dependability measures assessment method of electronic equipment during field dependability test. The idea of the method consists in monitoring and registration of observable parameters of events and states such as explicit failures rates, duration of states, frequencies of states. These parameters are estimated by experimental dependability assessment. Application of analytical-experimental dependability assessment allows you to obtain nonobservable parameters estimations such as latent failures rate and check-out errors probabilities of the first and the second kind. The considered approach is based on matrix dependability model for long functioning stochastic systems. Relations between parameters are derived by using this model.

Abstract
The article deals with the ways of scale digital filters (DF) with lateral feedbacks (LFB). Four types of DF with LFB models with its recursive implementation are considered. Filters are scaled using hi impulse response and scaling is performed via amplitude-frequency characteristic of the circuit. The obtained results allow, on the one hand, to prevent overfilling of the grade graticule of DF with LFBs, and on the other hand, to increase significantly its noise immunity and efficiency.

Abstract
In this article, approximate metaheuristic algorithms are implemented and investigated for solving the problem of an orthogonal region covering with the prohibitions circles of different radius using bionic principles. The calculated experiments are carried out both on randomly generated objects and on models of real projects. The results obtained during the experiments are analyzed. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of methods and their use in real-world problems.

Abstract
The method of universal coding of an arbitrary set of sources without memory is proposed. An estimation of the universal coding is obtained depending on the г-entropy of the set of sources describing the massive of this set.

Abstract
Information-theoretic method for estimation of the efficiency of tree-based systems for live video streaming was suggested in the paper. The method suggested allows us to evaluate analytically the results of different tree management algor^ms. The result of estimations on multiplie tree based network model with parameters obtained from real world p2p applications measurments agrees with the evaluations provided by autors of the investigated algorithms.

Abstract
The paper considers two criteria and their joint use for identifying spaces in Russian language texts with unknown encoding. The criteria are based on comparing the word length distribution in a text glossary with the Poisson distribution. The first criterion estimates the difference between the expected value and variance of samples' distribution. The second criterion calculates the relation between two distribution squares called words length index. The measurements were made to estimate criteria statistics for texts varied in size and determine their critical values as well as terms of use. The accuracy of using the criteria with the determined critical values to solve the problem of space identification were calculated, and the statistics of type I and type II errors was obtained. Based on the obtained statistics for texts of various sizes, the terms for sharing these criteria are determined with regard to possible change in space’s place in the frequencies ordering of text characters. The accuracy of the criteria sharing was calculated, and the statistics of type I and type II errors was obtained.

Abstract
The Internet of Things is one of the most urgent mobile telecommunications developments and a big step to the 5th Generation New Radio networks (5G NR). The IoT concept implies the possibility of the Internet access for such devices as sensors, actuators and other measuring devices intended for periodic sending the results of different parameters measurements. Currently the Internet of Things data transmission is realized over the existing 4th generation mobile networks (LTE) in two different forms: Narrow Band IoT and LTE-M. In this paper the authors present the comparative analysis of these technologies and the characteristics which visually demonstrate the efficiency of each one which were derived by the help of simulation.

Abstract
The problem of determination the growth dynamics of vertex degree in the random graph with the nonlinear rule of preferential attachment is solved by numerical methods. Derived recursion formulas allow to predict degrees growth dynamics of the selected vertexes. Degrees growth dynamics of vertexes is investigated by simulation methods. Comparison of the obtained results by different methods is executed. The conclusion about the calculations accuracy according to the recursion formulas is made.

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the problem of distributed computing systems robustness with PBS/TORQUE when running parallel MPI programs. The impact of faults and failures events on the ability to terminate a parallel program is considered. The theoretical analysis of potential possibilities of tools for providing fault tolerance of PBS/TORQUE resource management system is presented in the first part of the paper. The results of the analysis on the base of experimental study using the resources of the existing distributed computing system of the SibSUTIS center of parallel computing technologies and the ISP SB RAS laboratory of computing systems are presented in the second part.
