Abstract
Using of signals in modern transceiver systems, when one of modulated parameters is amplitude, has led to necessity of linear power amplifiers application. One of power amplifiers linearity increasing methods is Cartesian feedback application. Its efficiency and stability are mainly defined by loop phase setting accuracy. In the article, the new method of automatic phase adjustment in Cartesian feedback loop is described and simulation results of the system with automatic adjustment in MATLAB are presented.

Abstract
In the proposed article, a reliable algorithm is developed to evaluate the throughput of the IPTV channel of a multiservice network, the probability of delivery and packet loss. The result of this study is the developed model of the IPTV channel, as well as its DelayProg 2 software implementation, which allows you to evaluate dynamically the bandwidth throughput. The developed model allows you to compare the efficiency of the compressor, router and server with digital signal processing according to the reliability criterion of service time and packet delay variation in the IPTV channel. Experiments are conducted taking into account the size of the video signal information packet.

Abstract
The algorithms of the modulation codes formation designed to obtain the minimum frequency-shift keying with continuous phase using a quadrature phase modulator. The mechanism controlling the speed of rotation of the vector signal is considered, the basic conditions of maintaining phase continuity are presented. Some features of the quadrature components of the modulation code are noted, the conditions under which the formation of one or the other frequency of the radiated signal are derived

Abstract
The article states the ways to scale digital filters (DF) with lateral feedbacks (LFB). Models of four DF nonrecursive types with LFBs recursive implementation are considered. Filters are scaled using hi impulse response and scaling using the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the circuit. The obtained results allow, on the one hand, to prevent overfilling of the grade graticule of the DF with LFBs, and on the other hand, to increase significantly its noise immunity and efficiency.

Abstract
In this paper, the results of studies concerning the development of an algorithm to support the management of supervisory authorities are presented. It is proposed to evaluate the required working time fund for the inspectors of the state fire supervision taking into account functions and tasks assigned to these bodies. Studies were carried out according to data from the republic of Kalmykia, Mordovia as well as Astrakhan and Irkutsk regions.

Abstract
The investigation of directivity pattern side-lobe level impact of the concentric ring antenna arrays to noise immunity of a receiver when using fractional frequency reuse was provided in terms of IMT-Advanced specification. Concept of equivalent cluster dimension which characterizes the work of the spatially separated antenna beams operating in combined channels was introduced. Demands on the side-lobe level of satellite transponder antenna arrays based on Signal Interference Noise Ratio was presented. A regional frequency planning method based on IMT-Advanced technology for mobile satellite network was reviewed.

Abstract
The adaptive decision rule (ADR) for radar recognition system (RRS) with multi-channel two-stage processing of a radar portrait (RP) is proposed. This rule is based on the assumption that the signal and background are normal stationary random processes with zero mean values and covariance matrixes of portraits are known. The recognition quality criteria are defined, three of them being identified as the most practical for RRS. Generalized recognition system scheme with ADR is developed. The quality and control forecasting device was introduced to implement the RRS system with structurally-parametric adaptation of the radar. This device estimates (predicts) the amount of information and changes the decision rule of the RRS system in accordance with the received estimate.

Abstract
In this article direct digital synthesis (DDS) methods of signal generation are considered. Here we designed signal generator. FPGA Cyclone IV, ADC and DAC were designed for researching digital signal processing algorithms and DDS. Generator schemes are based on the Verilog language and programmable logic design software produced by Intel QUARTUS Prime. Phase Truncation properties in the Output Spectrum of DDS were considered and DDS research results were presented in this article.

Abstract
Estimation of the number of the variation series values which should be checked for outlying observations is proposed. The tables of percentage points of Irwin's test used in the rejection of outlying observations are obtained by statistical simulation methods. Replacing the percentage points of the Irwin's test for the sample standard deviation with the percentage points for the standard-deviation of the original population is acceptable only for relatively large sample volumes. Equations are found, approximating the percentage points of the Irwin criterion with acceptable accuracy.
