Abstract
In this article, the problem of reliability analysis of wireless ad hoc networks is considered. It is assumed that a network contains imperfect nodes and carries on operating even if some nodes fail. We define the reliability of such network as the probability that sink nodes are connected and can collect data from other nodes the amount of which exceeds a specified threshold limit. New calculating method of this index is proposed which is based on a well-known factoring method. Experiments show that this method can be used for optimal sink nodes placement in network in order to obtain the most reliable version of network topology.

Abstract
This paper is devoted to the problem solving of the optimum use of technical means in the system of intercompany interaction taking into account resource restrictions and transport factor. The mathematical model of integer programming is constructed and investigated. The results of the analysis and computing experiment for the developed model in the sphere of agrarian production are presented on the basis of one of the Omsk’s municipal region.

Abstract
In this paper, different modifications of frequency-spatial planning methods based on the method of coordination rings are researched. Mobile satellite communication built on the basis of a geostationary satellite transponder using digital antenna array with narrow beams of radiation pattern is investigated. Concentric ring array is used for this purpose. The effects of interference from the side-lobe of all the rays working in co-channel are considered while constructing the optimal frequency-spatial plan. The adaptation of the frequency plan for the number of subscriber terminals requiring a frequency resource in a time unit is taken into account.

Abstract
On the basis of a ratio, connecting thermal fluctuations of energy Δ Efluc ( T ) of macroscopic system with heat capacity, the new thermodynamic function determining kinetic energy of system caused by thermal fluctuations is gained. Influence of kinetic energy Δ Ekin ( T ) of thermal fluctuations Δ Efluc ( T ) on dependence of sublimation enthalpy from temperature is considered. The binding energy of a crystalline grid and change with temperature of sublimation enthalpy for Ir(C5H7O2)3 is calculated. Generalized Clausius-Clapeyron equation is provided in which dependence of sublimation enthalpy on temperature is considered. This equation establishes connection between two experimentally measured values - a heat capacity and pressure of vapors. Such connection allows to feature in coordination these performances and to calculate pressure balance of vapors in a wide interval of temperatures.

Abstract
This paper represents the heuristic algorithms of communication optimization in parallel PGAS-programs providing time minimization of its execution. This is achieved by accounting of hierarchical structure of computer systems while executing reduction and preloading of remote arrays to computer system's nodes. Developed algorithms are implemented for PGAS languages: Cray Chapel and IBM X10 and simulated on cluster computer systems.

Abstract
The ability to use communication systems for radar tasks is being investigated extensively at the moment. This is so-called hybrid systems executing at the same time function of a communication system and a radar. In this article, the hybrid system based on universal wireless networks WiMAX in particular and the following issues : the range of the system, the use of algorithms of coherent accumulation of a pulse response of the channel of radio propagation in order to increase the range of the system, resolution capability of range and speed are considered.

Abstract
In this paper, a new approach to the problem solving of time series prediction is presented. This approach is based on multidimensional prediction principle of correlating among themselves time series and enables to take into account mutual influence and existing correlations between two or more series. Theoretical and practical reasons of the proposed approach are presented, as well as experimental results of prediction of continuous economic time series, such as fuel prices in the USA, gross domestic product in the USA, indexes of industrial and consumer prices, Bitcoin rates. Research of the efficiency of these methods and the ways of choosing the effective parameters of operation for the selected methods are also carried out.

Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the need to optimize spontaneously formed route networks of urban public transport. Effective solution to this problem is the use of decision support systems. However, the automation of these tasks requires research in order to obtain efficient algorithms suitable for practical application. The aim is to offer a new model of optimization the system of urban public transport, enabling to consider the interests of its members, and adaptation of metaheuristic ant colony algorithm to the problem of designing route networks of urban public transport. Testing the proposed model and algorithm was performed on two data sets. The first test allowed us to estimate performance of the algorithm and model on a simple network; the second test allowed us to estimate the effectiveness of the algorithm and the model on a real route network of the city of Tomsk (Russia). The findings showed that the optimized route network of the city is more effective than the current one due to reducing the number of interchange stations and the time spent by passengers in public transport.

Abstract
Within synergetic paradigm, double circuit management system and diagnostics of the process of student’s self-organization of educational activity for solving problems are considered. Strategic and operational control actions initiating unstable state of student’s educational activities are identified. It is shown that bifurcation is the consequence of strategic management violating the balance between external and internal information. It is established that bifurcations lead to the generation of information to students and as the consequence to the self-organization of educational activity.
