Abstract
We consider the problem of increasing fidelity of information transmission in document management systems by using program techniques. Principles, rules, and algorithms of checking information fidelity have been developed based on linear letterwise and bitwise sums, twodimensional sums, and modular sums. The effectiveness and performance bounds of the algorithms have been investigated with respect to error non-detection probabilities, complexity, and cost. Upper bounds of errors have been obtained for modular checking.

Abstract
In most cases modern distributed computer systems (computer clusters and MPP systems) have hierarchical organization and non-uniform communication channels between elementary machines (computer nodes, processors or processor cores). Execution time of parallel programs significantly depends on how they map to computer system (on what elementary machines parallel processes are assigned and what channels for inter-process communications are used). The general problem of mapping a parallel program into a distributed computer system is a well known NP-hard problem and several heuristics have been proposed to approximate its optimal solution. In this paper an algorithm for mapping parallel programs into hierarchical distributed computer systems based on task graph partitioning is proposed. The software tool for mapping MPI applications into multicore computer clusters is considered. The quality of this algorithm with the NAS Parallel Benchmarks is evaluated.

Abstract
Presently, in the whole world there are revolutionary changes in the area of voice and television broadcasting, conditioned by transition to the digital systems allowing much more effectively, as compared to the analog systems, to use the radio frequency spectrum selected for broadcasting. In 2004 the first session of the Regional conference on planning of networks of digital broadcasting in the European area took place. The aspects of optimum construction of the ground network of digital television broadcasting are examined in this article.

Abstract
A new approach to synthesis and analysis of communication systems is suggested. In a basis of this approach lays the description of communication channels by groups of transformations. For information transmission, the values of invariants of transformations groups are used. The possibility of realization of two new invariant methods of modulation is shown.

Abstract
A new class of invariant echo cancellers is described. Such echo cancellers use the basic invariant of a linear echo path - the ratio of the vector lengths of identical form signals (distinguishing only in a scalar multiplier). The absence of adaptability property in basic schemes of invariant echo cancellers is shown. A way of modernization providing the properties of adaptability is suggested.

Abstract
The authors make an accent on the world outlook and the axiological functions in the philosophy of education. The main factors of society evolution which influence education are considered (engineering, technology, economics). Special attention is devoted to examination of the internal factors of education evolution which renovate the structure of educational process and its content. Some internal components of educational process are allotted: attitude to knowledge, upbringing and motivation, individual approach, formative environment, thinking and contacting; their properties are described
