Abstract
This article presents a technique of simple transmit diversity, that improves receive signal quality using two-branch transmit antennas. In 1998 Alamouti first suggested the method of coding, which explores a full diversity order combining with linear decoding process on the receive side. Alamouti diverse transmit system improves a bit-error-rate ratio, rises a transmit speed or expands a channel capacity of wireless system. As a result of science research founding this article, a new unified approach of space-time coding technique has been developed. Taking this approach it is possible to build 2M-branch transmit systems with one receive antenna for decreasing the dimension of cluster in multicell networks with constant noiseproof of the radio system.

Abstract
Universal method of steganalysis of WAVE files based on compression algorithms is proposed. The results are obtained on a large series of files, which show that the effectiveness of the method is higher than that of previously known method.

Abstract
This paper describes the ideas of basic architecture and the key technologies of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The analysis of international initiatives, the survey of European architecture and comparative analysis of mobile access technologies have been given and the advantages and drawbacks of access technologies have been revealed. The conclusion is made about the necessity of the integral solution which will include various wireless communications adjusted to regional conditions. The most valuable thing is that IEEE 802.11P could be used all over the world.

Abstract
The article describes a mathematical method of calculating the probabilities of errors of the first and second type, determining the reliability of measuring control of multi-parameter objects using a generalized model of measurement. The agreement is shown between the theoretical calculations with experimental results carried out by simulation modeling.
