Abstract
Audiovisual content creation often involves actors at many distributed locations. Tighter integration of these actors, among others by means of an efficient electronic content exchange, is urgently needed to improve the economics and to speed up especially high end, digital film production workflows. In this paper, we present the vision for a networked and managed audiovisual content production environment that may be distributed around the world. Necessary steps and major challenges towards the realization of this vision are presented here and solution approaches are sketched. A focus of this paper is on the specific challenge of fast wide-area data transport at multi-gigabit data rates. Currently a discrepancy exists between the available network bandwidth and the ability to "fill this pipe" in order to transport uncompressed imagery at 4k resolution. A new, but already deployed, solution for this issue is elaborated. The paper concludes with an outlook on the next steps towards our vision to make globalized content production more efficient.

Abstract
A certain relationship is determined between qualitative factors of the voltage and current controlled in point of joining of nonlinear consumers (the electronic loads) to network. The factors of voltage distortion are considered. Analytical solutions are obtained for estimation of the factor of the network voltage distortion at connection of electronic loads.

Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the possible gains in the hardware implementation of a Reed-Solomon encoder, expressed in the number of gates that are required in the simplified scheme. The basis of simplification is the usage of alternative polynomial for isomorphic extensions of the Galois field GF (2), and variations of different integral representations of the code generator polynomial of the Reed-Solomon code.

Abstract
In the article a forecasting method based on universal codes is proposed and experimentally investigated. It is shown on the examples of sunspot number and solar flux prediction that the method possesses high forecasting precision.

Abstract
The efficiency of the "Book stack" test and 15 tests of the NIST for random number generators are investigated. 18 linear congruent generators, RC4 and function rand() in the compiler C++ gcc 4.3.2 Linux have been tested. It is shown that the "Book stack" can find a deviation from randomness more effectively than other tests.

Methods of data hiding in executable files (programs) are considered. Steganalysis of method which uses blank spaces in executable files is carried out. It is shown experimentally that the hidden data are detected with high confidence.

Abstract
The paper is devoted to new cryptanalysis of block cipher RC6. The offered attack is based on results of L. Knudsen and W. Meier and uses the chi-square test. The attack scheme allows to reduce the complexity of finding a secret key. Earlier known variants of attacks based on the chi-square test, have considerably greater complexity. For example, for the 5-round cipher RC6, the complexity of the suggested attack is 246 operations, while for the best of earlier known methods it is 2101 operations.

Abstract
The conceptual idea of construction processes of a constitutional state and the formation of a civil society in Russia is given in the article. Axiological philosophic system of liability is a sufficient ground for the foundation of an ideacratic statehood that is equivalent to global regulative mechanism corresponding to the national interests of any country in the world
