Abstract
The algorithms of dispatching and scheduling of parallel tasks solving on spatially-distributed computing systems are offered. The description of scalable toolkit of parallel multiprogramming on spatially-distributed computing systems using the offered algorithms is presented. The results of the offered algorithms simulation on spatially-distributed multi-cluster computing system are presented.

Abstract
In this paper, we investigate an asymptotic summation model of the non-stationary uniform events' flows with aftereffects, which based on the physical properties of the streams intensity, i.e., well adapted for experimental proof. For proposed summation model, we prove the limit theorems, that establish the convergence of the uniform events' probabilities distributing of flows superposition's to Poisson law, and show the convergence of the total sum flows' to Poisson process, too. And what is more, we show the convergence by probability of the of the non-stationary flows sum to the stationary process. The derived results will be useful for analysis of distributed queues, wireless medium access control (MAC) protocols, and QoS dynamic control for cognitive radio.

Abstract
In this paper we introduce expressions for determination of the probabilistic-time characteristics of HARQ systems using Reed-Solomon codes for the case when discrete channel is described with a simple Markov chain. Simulation modeling with similar systems that use BCH codes was made. Analytical results are compared with the results of the simulation modeling.

Abstract
The paper considers the problem of constructing identification system based on comparison of multiple physical or behavioral individual characteristics. Integration technology built on a single biometric identifier was chosen as a basic approach to multi-biometric models. We consider the statistical properties of biometric comparison, input and output signal parameterization of multi-biometric identification model.

Abstract
We develop a graphical and technological model of reprogrammable memory element of the actuation device for Glonass navigator receiver in Sentaurus TCAD environment. The calculation of distribution of electric fields in thin dielectrics on a surface of a shutter with a non-uniform horizontal and vertical profile of relief is provided. The model can be used for calculation of electronic and ionic conductivity currents in a dielectric on a shutter depending on heterogeneity of border, and for determining of their fault limits.
