Abstract
A method for transmitting short messages is proposed in which the radiated hydroacoustic signals contain an information part being masked by noise and an acoustic color that is close in acoustic perception to the possible marine environment natural noise of a known water area.

Abstract
In this paper, a mathematical model of an oil and gas separator as an object of control is obtained. This model describes the dynamic process of degassing in the separator and is intended for automatic control of this process. The model is based on the material balance linearized equations for the liquid and gas phases. The results of numerical simulation confirm the sensitivity of the process behavior to automatic control.

Abstract
The article considers selecting points methodology for the main parameters monitoring of digital terrestrial television in densely populated areas of the Irkutsk region. Requirements for the choice of the measurement site have been developed. The measurements were carried out using a powerful broadcasting area of individual transceiver objects operating in a single frequency network. To carry out a research a control and measuring complex was created and a number of measurements were carried out in different areas of the Irkutsk region. During the experiment, the terrain relief, the zone of reliable reception, and the overlapping zones of signals from various stations of the single-frequency network were taken into account. The results of measuring the electromagnetic field strength, modulation error rates, bit error rates are presented in the paper. The methodology presented in the work allows you to identify errors timely and interference in a single-frequency network improving the reliability of the network and the quality of services provided.

Abstract
An analytic model of a long used item functioning with regular period of check-out operations and unreliable checking conditions is represented. The model is based on the theory of semimarkov processes using matrix methods for mathematical operations. Consideration of the model reveals the influence of the first and the second kind check-out errors on the reliability level.

Abstract
The presence of interactive functions such as pause, rewind, and electronic programming of programs has served to popularize SMART television and gradually replace it with linear television viewing. The need to automate the process of managing the advertising and IP-TV information channel is an urgent task for the provider’s company. In this paper, we consider the integration of the TV platform with the billing and CRM- 1C system: Bitrix 24 as well as the use of social networks as a tool for developing the MVP model.

Abstract
The article deals with the design of broadband access networks in rural, remote and difficult for access territories. In particular, the calculation of the radius and capacity of the cell is carried out, the network architecture based on repeaters and a high-performance multiple access protocol (MAC) is proposed, an economic analysis is also carried out and key aspects of the implementation of the proposed architecture are considered.

Abstract
This article considers the problem of assessing the digital maturity of a higher educational institution (HEO) in order to determine its potential and current areas of digital transformation. The analysis of existing approaches to validate the digital maturity of an organizational object is carried out. The system of digital maturity indicators has been formed. Two existing models are analyzed and the author's model for assessing the digital maturity of HEO is developed. The indicators set of the three models is considered from a systemic standpoint taking into account expert assessments of the information content of indicators in relation to assessing the level of digital maturity. The resulting assessment technology requires additional research in the context of its current application in solving the problem of effective digital transformation of HEO and other type of organizational systems.

Abstract
The design and substantiation of the pNLF filter based on a non-local averaging filter modification is presented. The filter is used for solving the problem of heart sounds amplification on fetal and human phonocardiograms for further tone segmentation and heart rate calculation relevant for fetal monitoring. The parameters for choosing the filter and the prospects for its optimization for specific tasks are presented. The data and results of filtration performed by the pNLF on fetus and human phonocardiograms recorded by using different acoustic sensors are provided.

Abstract
Flexible reflectarrays are widely used as deployable antennas in the design of small satellites (weight about 320 kg) to reduce the weight and size characteristics. Modern flexible reflectar-ray antenna use metals as the conductive material. Graphene has unique properties that are suitable for flexible antenna systems - mechanical stability, low specific gravity and cost. This paper is the first to consider the possibility of using graphene as a conductive material in the design of unit cell elements of a reflectarray antenna in the GHz range: a patch element, a patch element with a ring, and a patch element with a delay line. The minimum values of the incident wave amplitude and the phase variation range for each element were -4.08 dB and 327.6 degrees, -19.63 dB and 684.73 degrees, -6.24 dB and 526 degrees, respectively. The comparison of the obtained characteristics of unit cell elements with similar silver elements is carried out. Comparison of the characteristics with the literature analogs showed that the graphene unit cell elements of the reflectarray antenna have satisfactory characteristics.
