In this paper, MIMO system performance is researched on the basis of multiple channel analysis under different relative location of the transmitting and receiving antenna arrays. Signal correlation coefficient in the antenna arrays elements are identified depending on the distance between elements relative to the wavelength.

Mathematical model of computer systems functioning for random tasks flow service is constructed. The model is based on the queuing theory. The system M / En /1 using Kendall's notation is considered. Analytical solution for mathematical expectation of a number of open problems in computation system and appropriate dispersion are obtained.

In this paper, the base rules of CMOS full-adder cell’s circuit technology are described. The most widespread of the constructive solutions in different design styles, their merits and disadvantages are investigated. The results of the simulation and comparison of the described solutions are presented. In addition, a new decision of the CMOS adder cell is proposed. This adder has superior speed characteristics of carry signal shaping while constructing multibit adders.

The paper focuses on the task of developing the information system of educational process management for higher educational institution. Educational system analysis as an object of control has been fulfilled; its concept-based structure has been developed, control and regulated parameters of the educational system have been defined and structured considering the influence of external factors. Functional structured model of management system and generalized algorithm of management decisions to bring the object into the given (ideal) state has been proposed. The efficiency of management decisions assessment on the basis of component competency model taking into account personal characteristics of the subject of the educational process has been considered.

This paper describes an algorithm for determining the shortest transport route using public transport. Basic algorithm for determining the shortest route without using geo-referencing and with the possibility of one change is presented. The structure of the database enabling to use several nearby objects as a bus stop is considered. Based on this basic algorithm, algorithm for determining the shortest route with two or more bus changes is implemented. The possibility of expanding the functionality of the algorithm applied to different kinds of transport and geo-referencing is considered. It also considers the program and structural ways of accelerating the algorithm.

Based on the results of scientific research, attempting to adapt the classical theory of diversity reception in multi-path channels to calculate the probability of errors in MISO technology, an approach to find the probability of errors in MIMO N-order technology in fading channels with regard to generalized correlation matrix is developed. Generalized correlation is defined with regard to signals correlation in space diversity antennas both in transmitting and receiving mode and with regard to polarization diversity signals.

In this paper, spectral product distribution of four-wave mixing (FWM) occurring in optical fiber while transmitting multi-channel signal with frequency division multiplexing (FDM) is considered. The spectrum of FWM products with evenly spaced signals with FDC is considered. Approximation formula for product quantity calculation is suggested. The results calculated according to the formulas with the results of computer simulation are compared. The relative divergence of the results calculated according to the formulas and computer simulation does not exceed 3.3 %. Distribution according to FWM product spectrum while organizing two-wave transmission along a single fiber via FDM is considered. It is shown that the spectrum of FWM products has multi-peak character.

In this article, the interval - statistical method offered to use for construction of interval statistical estimations of membership functions parameters with various input and output data is described. An example of using this method for integrated security system quality assessment is also described.
