Abstract
In this article, an extended notion of p-quantile estimation covering discrete random and fuzzy quantities is presented. On its basis, generalization of known criteria of choice under uncertainty and risk, taking into account probabilities of environment and realistic estimation indicators, is made. Mathematical models, algorithms and information technologies based on the proposed criteria are presented.

Abstract
This paper presents reconstruction algorithms for non-uniform discrete-time signals with unknown locations. Reconstruction errors of each method for various types of signals are given. Numerical modeling was made for linear trend, polynomial trend and periodic signal with uniform and normal distribution of time jitter.

Abstract
In this paper, the optimal frequency-spatial planning research of mobile satellite communication system built on the basis of geostationary satellite transponder using digital aerial array with narrow ray radiation pattern is investigated. For that purpose, concentric ring array is used. Coordinating rings method is implemented to determine optimal frequency plan, using the envelope curve of aerial array.

Abstract
Calculating diameter constraint network reliability is NP-hard problem. The methods for edge reduction and special ordering of edges while calculating the reliability index by the well-known factoring method are proposed. Experiments show a considerable speeding up of diameter constraint network reliability computations.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to develop secondary power supply sources of 2000 watts and more implementing the technology of Zero Voltage Switching. The paper consists of five parts dealing with various aspects of designing power sources. In the first part, the results of the analysis of information materials evaluation of the most important parameters of some foreign sources of supply are provided. In the second part, options of implementation of power supplies with the technology of schemes and possible use of «soft» switching technology are considered. In the third part, the results of the development of the power supply module are presented. In the fourth part, the features and examples of Zero Voltage Switching technology are considered. In this, the final part of the paper, the results of the pilot research of DC converter model using adaptive drivers for the «soft» switching keys implementation are considered.

Abstract
The paper is devoted to research and simulation of operation of IEEE 802.22 standard for regional wireless networks, which can be used for providing broadband Internet access to rural areas. A simulation model of channel selection of IEEE 802.22 standard wireless network is developed using Arena software. Source data for the model are presented, its subsystems are described and simulated.

Abstract
In this paper, modification of attack on block encryption RC6 suggested by V.A. Monarev and A.M. Lubkin in 2010 is described. This new method enables to find a key for a five round encryption on PC in acceptable time. In particular, computational complexity for 5 and 6 round is 240 and 250 respectively.
