Abstract
The parametric Student test and the nonparametric Cramer-Welch test for two-sample problem of means equality are considered. These tests can be applied for two-sample problem testing. We propose statistics of the tests for the lifetime data case. We present that the distributions of the test statistic look forward to the limit distributions while sample sizes increase. Moreover, the results of the test power simulation are presented in this paper using the Monte-Carlo method. The alternative hypotheses of the test power simulation contain alternative hypotheses that breach of a priory conditions of the data normality.

This paper considers existing approaches of definition threats and risks of information security. The generalized scheme of information security risk assessment is presented, and method for evaluating the probability of threats based on scenario planning approach and factorial experiment is considered on the example of the introduction of insider malicious code.

Abstract
The present algorithm is intended for individual forecasting of a residual resource of the measuring complexes (MC) by criterion of inadmissible increase of operational expenses. The main result of forecasting by means of this algorithm is the assessment of value of lower confidence bound (LCB) of the MC gamma-percent residual resource. Additional results are pointed and interval predictive estimate of operational expenses change, and also forecast values of estimates of operational expenses absenteeism probability for maximum permissible level. Algorithm output results can be used for decisions substantiation on timing of the overhaul (average and capital) and (or) modernization of mobile laboratories measuring equipment (MLME).

Abstract
The method is based on the theory of discrete-time Markov processes and continuous-time Markov processes. For these processes, mean frequencies of states, transition frequencies between states and between subsets of states are obtained. Using these frequencies, a lot of properties with respect to functioning and reliability can be investigated, e.g. mean time of being in a subset of states. Discrete and continuous time stochastic processes are considered simultaneously using matrix methods for mathematical operations.

Abstract
Left truncated data often arise in problems of reliability analysis, when sampling is carried out under condition that the lifetime is not less than a certain value. This paper is devoted to the research of statistical properties of maximum likelihood estimates (MLE) of Weibull distribution parameters depending on the sample size, truncation level, and the number of truncated observations in a sample. The research is carried out by means of computer simulation technique. The statement of the Fisher information contained in a sample of left truncated observations for distribution parameters has been obtained. The Fisher information losses from truncation and relative efficiency of MLE have been estimated. The results obtained in this paper can be useful for the problems of probabilistic reliability models construction by left truncated data.

Abstract
The majority of modem algorithms for regression tree induction are greedy. They are all based on a recursive division of the data. We propose to revise this «tradition». The paper describes the novel iterative method and algorithm with pre-pruning for regression tree induction. The results of the experiments based on publicly available data sets show that the proposed algorithm is comparable with recursive algorithms for regression tree induction in accuracy. However, it results in less complex solutions and has a much lower time complexity.

Abstract
In this paper, synchronization method of the complex control signals sequence for memory devices is presented. Problems of optimization of the control signals when developing memory devices resulted in functional failures are considered. The proposed approach allows us to combine described principles in “Method of synchronous control signals formation”.

Abstract
Applicability of the use of fuzzy systems for the analysis of experimental data in nuclear physics by the example of developing fuzzy neural networks, modeling the dependence of binding energy of the nucleus on its atomic number, mass number, spin and parity is considered. The projecting and investigation of the fuzzy system is carried out in special Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of Matlab medium. The analysis of planned fuzzy neural networks allows us to draw a conclusion about sufficient adequacy of fuzzy inference systems for nuclei properties modeling.

Abstract
In this paper, problem solving of analytic estimation of data-transmission network efficiency based on the method proposed by B.Ya. Ryabko is considered. Dependence of the channels speed estimation, caching servers volume, and network configuration is demonstrated and analyzed. A conclusion about logical correspondence between computational results and the character of network alterations based on the obtained results is drawn and so adequateness of the analytic estimation method is experimentally demonstrated.
