Abstract
The article describes design technique of third order CIC-filters for improved response time systems used in DSP according to the 0.18 цт technology. Throughout this paper the emphasis is on the optimization of CIC response speed, power consumption and architecture. The operation within CAD systems Design Compiler (Synopsys) and MATLAB for HDL-descriptions synthesis is considered.

Abstract
In this paper, the influence of optical power in a line on quality of digital television picture when broadcasting in a multiservice network employing GPON connection technology is considered. Stepped dependence of picture quality on optical power in the channel is identified. Picture quality was evaluated via subjective estimation method.

Abstract
In this paper, a mathematical model of computer systems operation for calculating reliability indices is constructed. The model is based on the queuing theory. The system with the total restoration is considered. The analytical solutions for mathematical expectation of the number of failed machines and appropriate dispersions are obtained.

Abstract
Effects of power density and nitrogen flow on the electrical resistivity, thermal stability and growing rate of TiN films obtained by magnetron sputtering are presented in this paper. The effect of temperature treatment on the degradation of specific electrical resistance and the change in the elemental composition of the films are also considered.

Abstract
The paper is intended for investigation of telecommunication line functioning with regard to periodical checking procedure taking into account check-out errors of the first and the second kind. Some important reliability measures are calculated in the model, for example mean up time and mean down time, steady state availability and unavailability, mean failure frequency and mean frequency of check-out operations.

Abstract
In this article, the noise models of recursive digital filters (DF) with lateral feedbacks (LFBs) are presented. The models of four typical schemes DF with LFBs, taking into account the effects of quantization in the individual nodes of the digital filter and rounding errors are considered. "Noise equations" for the noise dispersion at the output of each channel from analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and multipliers for each of the schemes DF with LFBs are obtained. A comparative analysis of noise models for each scheme implementation of DF with LFBs is conducted.

Abstract
Approaches to protect sub-micron high-voltage (HV) CMOS integrated circuits (IC) and their input-output IC pads (I/O pads) against electrostatic discharge (ESR) are analyzed. Basic design principles for HV CMOS I/O pad layout are proposed. A simulation of ECR protection effects for HV CMOS I/O pads is performed. The results obtained in the simulation meet 2 kV requirements for ESR protection of HV CMOS IC devices.

Abstract
In this article, noise immunity of discrete filters (DF) with lateral feedbacks (LFBs) is investigated. The dependence of noise immunity gain for four types of DF with LFBs from transfer functions of recursive DF, LFBs loop gain and signal-noise ratio at the input of the digital filter are explored.
